What to Expect

1. The DELCON team will work with your organization to define requirements, process adherence and expectations for progression.
2. Work directly with your team to fully understand the requirements obtained through communications with stakeholders during the requirements phase and provided input to the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
3. After the BRD is approved the DELCON team to develop a detailed functional specification which contains the hardware, software and design specifications and provides the basis for implementation of a solution.
4. After both the BRD and Functional Specification are approved by your organizational stakeholders, the DELCON team will perform a phase deliverable alignment and schedule adjustments to ensure the solution is on target with critical deadline for delivery.
5. Before moving to Phase 2 your organization will take a completion survey to ensure phase completion success and overall satisfaction with the phase deployment.

What to Expect

1. Establish and validate the hardware and software infrastructure needed for the pilot system installation within your organization’s intranet and/or extranet environments.
2. Configuration of DELCON solution to fulfill the design approved within the functional and technical specifications.
3. Configuration of the reporting infrastructure in accordance with the BRD and stakeholder guidance.
4. DELCON team will perform a phase deliverable alignment and schedule adjustments to ensure the solution is on target with critical deadline for delivery.
5. Before moving to Phase 3 your organization will take a completion survey to ensure phase completion success and overall satisfaction with the phase deployment.

What to Expect

1. Establish testing plan with the assistance of your team, including Master Test Plan and User Acceptance Testing.
2. Perform testing using testing scripts as a guideline.
3. Collaborate with organizational groups to adjust pilot system to meet BRD and testing results.
4. Prepare system for production deployment.
5. DELCON team will perform a phase deliverable alignment and schedule adjustments to ensure the solution is on target with critical deadline for delivery.
6. Before moving to Phase 4 your organization will take a completion survey to ensure phase completion success and overall satisfaction with the phase deployment.

What to Expect

1. Establish the infrastructure needed for the production system installation within your organization’s intranet and/or extranet environments.
2. Progress the test configuration for the complete solution and reporting infrastructure in accordance with the BRD and stakeholder guidance.
3. Production system review and testing will occur to ensure the system is operational and ready for deployment within the environment.
4. Role-based user training will occur to ensure all resources utilizing the system understand the processes, technology and the effects on the business operation.
5. DELCON team will perform a phase deliverable alignment and schedule adjustments to ensure the solution is on target with critical deadline for delivery.
6. Before moving to Phase 5 your organization will take a completion survey to ensure phase completion success and overall satisfaction with the phase deployment.

What to Expect

1. Perform administrative and technical closure to the project.
2. Create solution support strategy in tandem with your organization’ stakeholders and support teams.
3. Deployment of support strategy for production environment.
4. Before moving to post-deployment your organization will take a completion survey to ensure phase completion success and overall satisfaction with the phase deployment.
